Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped by Federal express or the United States Post
office depending on weight and size of the shipment. Most items are
shipped the same day you order it, special items can take an extra day.
If your order can not be shipped within 48 hours you will be notified.
Most shipping times are 2-5 days shipping in the continental USA. We are
not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier due to weather or any
act of god. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier.
If you need special or overnight shipping we will provide you a cost for
your approval before shipping. Customer will be responsible for all
shipping costs and will be billed at the time of the shipment. Once your
item has shipped we will send you a tracking number for your shipment so
you know when it will arrive. On specials that include free shipping JM
Rigging Supply will choose the best transportation method.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please call us at 435-865-5762 or by e-mail before returning an item.
Items must be returned within 10 business days of your delivery. A copy
of the original invoice must accompany the return shipment. We can then
give you a refund, exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the
purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no refund
or exchange on special order items. We will notify you when we receive
your return package and will promptly let you know when we will process
your return for a refund or exchange.
