Kinetic Rope Info:

 

When it comes to off-road recovery there are many different ways to make fast, proper and safe recoveries. We are proud to offer our 100% American made kinetic recovery ropes. These ropes are designed to help take some of the load off the recovery points and equally distribute the load along the length of the rope. Our recovery ropes stretch up to 30% absorbing most of the shock load and producing a powerful but soft dynamic pull.  With shock adsorption properties similar to nylon but with higher capacities than than your standard nylon or polyester our high performance rope makes it the best choice for recovery or pulling ropes. We use a high force composite double braid nylon construction with a polyester cover for abrasion resistance and durability along with a nylon core for stretch and performance. By using a polyester cover and a nylon core the outer polyester cover will not over-stretch the core, this makes our recovery ropes stretch uniformly allowing more power to go to the rope. All our ropes come with a black marine grade urethane coating that penetrates the outer cover and adds additional protection to the core while also increasing abrasion resistance. This type of coating is also soft and flexible which makes your recovery rope much easier to handle and less likely to pick up dirt and debris.  All our spliced recovery ropes have an 8" eye with a rugged black ballistic cordura sleeve for added wear protection in the eye. When choosing a recovery rope it is best to figure a rope that has 4 times the capacity of the weight of your vehicle. For example, if your vehicle weighs 5,000lbs a rope with at least 20,000lbs capacity or more would be required, our 3/4" line rated at 25,000lbs would be an excellent choice.

 

Soft Shackle Info:

 

Our 3/8" soft shackles are made from pure Dyneema SK78 fiber manufactured by DSM in the Netherlands and then stranded into our quality rope here in the USA . All of our soft shackles are built here in Cedar City where we control the quality of each soft shackle manufactured. Our soft shackles are a great replacement for the traditional forged steel spa shackles. Soft shackles are easy on the hands, lightweight, strong and they float in snow, water and mud. No more lost pins and tools required to use them. Steel shackles are also prone to hitting people and damaging your rig during a roll over as they bounce around. Soft shackles can be easily stored in the glove box or anywhere in the rig, most are simply secured to a tube on the frame so they are there and ready for use quickly. Soft shackles can be cleaned with warm water and set out to dry.

Soft Shackles are easy to clean. DO NOT USE ANY WASHING DETERGENT/SOAP - Sit out to dry. Or simply hose off with garden hose. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND CLEANING USING A PRESSURE WASHER. DO NOT USE ON SHARP CORNERS OR ON ANY PART OF THE VEHICLE THAT HAS SHARP CORNERS OR BURRS AS  PRODUCT DAMAGE MAY OCCUR. 

 

Receiver Block Info:

The newest addition to work with our top quality kinetic ropes. These shackle blocks have double side holes and a single top hole for ease of use.   These are MADE IN AMERICA using US certified 6061 T6 CNC machined aluminum. The lightweight design carries a working load limit of 13,000lbs and is capable of doing standard recovery and towing operations. Fits all standard 2 receivers and uses 3/4" spa shackles. 

*Do not exceed the lowest Working Load Limit (WLL) of any component (ex: vehicle, hitch receiver, shackle, etc)

 

Alloy Spa Shackle Info:

CM Super Strong Shackles are manufactured using micro alloy with strength ratings that are 17 to 50% stronger than comparable sized carbon shackles. As a result, these shackles are designed with a 6:1 design factor. CM micro alloy shackles can be side loaded or used for multiple connections with minimum loss of strength compared to standard carbon shackles.  CM super strong shackles are Manufactured from technically advanced domestic (U.S.A.) micro alloy steel with optimal hardness for strength and ductility.  CM super strong shackles meet dimensional requirements and exceed performance requirements of RR-C-271

A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return shipment. We can then give you a refund, exchange. All packages are shipped by Federal express or the United States Post office depending on weight and size of the shipment. Most items are shipped the same day you order it, special items can take an extra day. If your order can not be shipped within 48 hours you will be notified. Most shipping times are 2-5 days shipping in the continental USA. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier due to weather or any act of god. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier. If you need special or overnight shipping we will provide you a cost for your approval before shipping. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and will be billed at the time of the shipment. Once your item has shipped we will send you a tracking number for your shipment so you know when it will arrive. On specials that include free shipping JM Rigging Supply will choose the best transportation method.
