A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return shipment. We can then give you a refund, exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no refund or exchange on special order items. All packages are shipped by Federal express or the United States Post office depending on weight and size of the shipment. Most items are shipped the same day you order it, special items can take an extra day. If your order can not be shipped within 48 hours you will be notified. Most shipping times are 2-5 days shipping in the continental USA. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier due to weather or any act of god. We are not responsible for shipping delays by the carrier. If you need special or overnight shipping we will provide you a cost for your approval before shipping.
