A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return shipment. We can then give you a refund, exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no refund or exchange on special order items. We will notify you when we receive your return package and will promptly let you know when we will process your return for a refund or exchange.
All packages are shipped by Federal express or the United States Post office depending on weight and size of the shipment. Most items are shipped the same day you order it, special items can take an extra day. If your order can not be shipped within 48 hours you will be notified.
